Boho Inspired Micro wedding in Elounda

Greece, and especially the islands, is always an amazing destination to tie the knot. With the perfect climate, amazing views, and perfect scenery, Yuliya and Pavlo decided it was the perfect place for their Covid-19 micro wedding. Like so many couples over the past year, Yuliya and Pavlo had to adjust their wedding plans to fit with the situation at hand. 

Deciding to tie the knot in such uncertain times made their love stronger and endured all obstacles! Both originated from Ukraine but living in Italy and the US, they wanted to share their love with a few loved ones in beautiful Crete and have an amazing party with their close family who they haven’t seen in a year. The weather forecast, even on late May, expected heavy clouds and rain, yet they were blessed with a warm and sunny day.

Preparations began early in the morning, with a few swims at the pool and some tanning sessions. Drinks were not far behind. 

The First Look

The first look was an emotional moment for both after finally realizing their dream, overlooking the famous island of Spinalonga! This was it. You can feel the love and excitement even from the photos. The happiness of being surrounded by your family and friends was the perfect gift for the couple on this beautiful sunny day.  

The Ceremony

Later in the afternoon, the handsome groom made his way along the aisle where he awaited his bride on a secluded church by the sea. Soon she joined him, with an exotic car to arrive in style, as every bride should!
